To process plant- and animal-based fats, ERV GmbH operates efficient and easily accessible acceptance sites. Organic fats and fat sludges can be delivered to multiple locations in the greater Berlin/Brandenburg area – safely, with low odor, and in full compliance with regulations.

We accept fat fractions in various forms and packaging sizes. Delivery is possible via:

  • Tank trucks
  • IBC containers
  • Drums or other suitable collection vessels

Certified acceptance processes

Our acceptance sites operate according to strict guidelines and meet all legal requirements: permits under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), traceable documentation of all delivered batches, assessment of recoverability and fat content, and verification in accordance with the Waste Catalogue Ordinance (AVV).

Through our certifications – waste management specialist and REDcert-EU – every delivery is processed sustainably and in full legal compliance.

Registration and acceptance criteria

We accept grease trap waste, fats, and fat sludges from sources such as slaughterhouses, butcheries, agricultural operations, hospitals, restaurants, large canteens, food-processing companies, and oil mills.

Simple registration: before your first delivery, we conclude an acceptance agreement with you. Please contact us for this purpose. After that, you can deliver during our opening hours.

We accept, among other materials:

  • Grease trap contents
  • Used cooking fats and oils
  • Organic fat sludges
  • Off-spec batches and organic fat waste from gastronomy, food production, and industry

Delivered materials must be free from disruptive contaminants and correspond to the applicable EWC/AVV codes.
